LOADWISE ANTI 2 BLOCK SYSTEMS FOR ALL CRANES

                  Standard LOADWISE Model 330 - with 5kg or 10kg weights

Switch contacts are opened mechanically when the bob-weight is lifted by the hook block

The switch unit pivots on the supplied mounting and always follows the hook rope angle, simple bolt on attachment provided.

Simple disconnection arrangement enables the switch to be used for main or auxiliary ropes

Alternative weight sizes to suit the application. Standard 5kg weight for rope diameters up to 22mm and 10 kg up to 32mm. The larger weight is also specified for "Fastline" work i.e. higher rope speeds with smaller rope diameters

Standard chain length is 2 metres

Custom A2B weights and "chandeliers" on application

Optional Equipment

Optional versions available for use in potentially Explosive Atmospheres (ATEX) Directive 94/9/ECF. Rule 94/9/EG, ExII 2 G EExd IIC T6. Supplied with 9m of encapsulated cable.

For telescopic cranes select a LOADWISE cable reeling drum with integral slip rings

For lattice boom cranes select a  LOADWISE cable storage drum with plug/socket connections
